Getting help fastest
Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a specific recipe or meal plan, the name is usually enough for us to find it. Screenshots help.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This erases everything that names you — your recipes, plans, pantry, shopping lists, cook history and photos — including from a shared kitchen. It cannot be undone, and it works even if your account has been suspended.
If you can’t reach the app, email admin@butlerb.com from the address on the account and we’ll do it for you.
Reporting content or a person
Every shared photo and recipe has a report action. Reports go to a review queue that a human reads, and anything upheld is taken down. If you would rather not use the in-app flow, email us.
